9.2 Any decision to register with, deposit funds into or wager on a third-party Operator platform is made entirely at the User's own risk. Users must independently review the Operator's own terms, conditions, privacy policy and licensing credentials before engaging.
9.3 92r6 accepts no liability for: (a) the availability, accuracy or integrity of any third-party Operator platform; (b) any financial loss arising from gambling activity on such platforms; (c) any failure by an Operator to honour bonuses, process withdrawals or comply with applicable regulations; or (d) any data breach or security incident on a third-party platform.
9.4 Users located in Pakistan should be aware that the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 restricts certain forms of gambling. 11.2 Online gambling is subject to significant legal restrictions in Pakistan under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and related legislation. 12.2 92r6 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free from viruses or harmful components.
12.3 Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms shall not exceed PKR 1,000 (one thousand Pakistani Rupees), regardless of the form of claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless 92r6 and its affiliates, officers, employees and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Platform in violation of these Terms; (b) any content you submit or transmit through the Platform; (c) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party; or (d) any gambling-related activity undertaken as a result of information obtained from the Platform.
14.1 Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to data processing as described in the Privacy Policy.
14.2 92r6 collects only the data necessary for the operation of the Platform and does not sell personal data to third parties. Standard technical data such as cookies, IP addresses and browser identifiers may be collected for analytics and security purposes.

15.3 Where a change to the Terms materially affects User rights or obligations, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice through the Platform. However, it remains the User's responsibility to stay informed of current Terms.
16.1 These Terms and any dispute arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Given that 92r6 serves an international audience including users in Pakistan, any dispute shall, to the extent possible, be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.
16.2 Where negotiation fails to resolve a dispute within 30 days, the parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts. Users in Pakistan acknowledge that local courts may have concurrent jurisdiction over disputes involving Pakistani residents.
16.3 Nothing in these Terms limits the right of either party to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court.
